Mark Drusch Joins Fareportal Executive Board

International E-Commerce Executive Joins Online Travel Technology Company

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Aug 15, 2012) - Fareportal, an online technology company providing web-based portals and management tools for the travel industry, announces today that Mark Drusch has joined the team as the new Chief Supply Relations Officer. Drusch brings to Fareportal 20 years of experience in executive airline roles and nearly 10 years in building online research and advertising businesses.

As Chief Supply Relations Officer, Mark will work with Fareportal's current suppliers and partners in the airline, hotel and car rental businesses. He will also be introducing the Fareportal brand to new partnerships, to align the company with top brands in these industries.

Prior to Fareportal, Drusch served eight years as Executive Vice President for e-Rewards and helped launch e-Miles, an innovative online advertising channel, while working for the brand. In addition to launching and being the CEO of e-Miles, Drusch helped expand e-Rewards into 40 countries through partnerships with 100 global brands, including 40 airlines and 10 hotel chains. Before that, he was the Senior Vice President at Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines and Lufthansa.

Drusch earned his Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations and Political Science from Northwestern University, and he has previously served on the Zoo Boards in Atlanta, Dallas and Houston.
