Mark Fitzpatrick Joins Sureline Systems' Advisory Board

SANTA CLARA, CA--(Marketwired - March 16, 2015) - Today, Sureline Systems is proud to welcome Mark Fitzpatrick to its Advisory Board. Mark was the co-founder, CEO, and chief architect of the highly successful High Availability Product FirstWatch that was responsible for keeping all the systems available at the 1994 World Cup Soccer Championships. FirstWatch (Tidalwave Technologies) was acquired by Veritas Software in 1995 and was the #1 High Availability offering on Solaris throughout the 1990s.

In 2005 Mark co-founded YOUnite, and is a board member and the co-author of patents around distributed personal information sharing. YOUnite is actively working on closing business in online solutions around privacy and controlled information sharing. Mark is also an advisor to Hitachi, Ltd. in the areas of storage and big data. Currently, Mark's primary role is CTO of BlueChipExec -- a distributed information sharing system focusing on job search.
