Using MarkLogic Server, InfoTrust has recently released a new version of its FlightLine™ solution. FlightLine streamlines and automates the process of reusing existing content to create new publications, such as maintenance procedure job cards and internal manuals and publishing to Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) devices. With MarkLogic, FlightLine now supports publishing to multiple formats and channels including PDF-formatted documents, web portals, standalone CDs for remote unconnected repair stations and EFB devices. For example, airline customers using FlightLine can now easily aggregate data, filter it specifically for the task at hand and specific aircraft being worked on and generate a single instance of all the information required to perform a particular task.
