Market Leader Garda Introduces its Brand in the U.S. Cash Logistics Operations Starting in New York and Throughout Tri-State

Re-Branding Campaign is Key Milestone in Nation-Wide Consolidation of U.S. Cash Logistics Group

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Nov. 26, 2007) - Garda World Security Corporation (TSX:GW) (Garda), one of the most trusted cash logistics, consulting, investigation and security firms in the world, announced today the introduction of the Garda name in the New York cash logistics market starting in December as part of a six-month nation-wide re-branding campaign.

Garda became the New York market leader in cash logistics with its April 2007 acquisition of AT Systems International Inc., which made Garda North America's second largest cash logistics services provider, with over 9,000 employees and 2,000 vehicles. It became the fifth largest integrated physical security and cash handling firm worldwide on a revenue basis with annualized revenues over CA$1.3 billion. Garda now holds 18% market share in U.S. cash logistics services, in addition to its existing 15% Canadian market share. With the transaction, Garda also became the market leader in Chicago and Los Angeles as well as New York, securing top position in three of the most highly coveted U.S. markets.

"The introduction of our name in the world's leading financial center is a significant milestone in our plan to establish a competitive nation-wide cash logistics capability," said Garda President and Chief Executive Officer Stephan Cretier. "Since acquiring AT Systems, we have been working on the consolidation of our operations, achieving route optimization, and investing in building a highly efficient national organization providing new technology and solutions to the banking and retail industries."

Beginning on December 12, 2007, the Garda Logo will replace the AT Systems name familiar in New York City and throughout the Tri-State region. The distinctive new logo will be displayed on the company's fleet of armored cars and other vehicles as well as employee uniforms, cash bags and printed materials. The new branding also incorporates a distinctive new quadrant tagline with the terms "Cash," "Logistics," "Smart," and "Technology" reflecting Garda's strategic vision of smart, highly motivated professionals using advanced technology to deliver outstanding service that enables customers to better manage their operations and grow their businesses.
