PharmaSpritz Announces Final Stages of DRTV Commercial Production for SlimSpritz™ & Compozure™

TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 19, 2006 -- The Board of Directors of Marketing Concepts International (PINKSHEETS: MCCI), a Nevada Corporation, has announced the first in a series of funding payments to PharmaSpritz Corporation of Delaware, an MCCI client corporation.

Mr. Benjamin Grossmann, President and CEO, announced the arrangement of the funding for PharmaSpritz Corporation and stated: "The execution of our agreement with PharmaSpritz will create value for our shareholders and will provide the corporation with a low risk opportunity for significant growth. With the arrangement of this first payment we have facilitated PharmaSpritz's plans to enter the consumer marketplace in the first quarter of 2007, and that brings us closer to realizing a solid stream of revenue for our shareholders."

PharmaSpritz has announced that it will utilize the funds to complete the production of two Direct Response Television (DRTV) commercials, one for SlimSpritz™ Weight Management Spray, and the other for Compozure™ Anti-Stress Spray. The two DRTV commercial scripts have been completed by Media Options Inc., and they are in the process of selecting one of two New York-based production companies to complete the shoots.

Marketing Concepts International's corporate strategy is to provide business development services to smaller corporations and start-ups in exchange for a significant share of the client corporation's sales revenue. In this arrangement, Marketing Concepts International will earn 6.5% of the annual net sales revenue of PharmaSpritz Corporation for a period of 3 years in exchange for capital acquisition and marketing services.

Marketing Concepts International will rely on Mr. Grossman and his management team to acquire additional client corporations that have demonstrated significant growth potential and that will quickly provide substantial revenue for MCCI and its shareholders.
