Kenneth W Mann, President and CEO, announced that a formal "Memorandum of Understanding" has been executed between MCCI and VRT Healthcare. This addition to our client portfolio fits into our corporate strategy of providing business development services to smaller corporations and start-ups in exchange for a share of the client corporation's sales revenue. Our services include marketing consulting, management consulting, capital acquisition services, web site development, sales consulting, negotiating services and partnership development.

VRT Healthcare Incorporated, located in Tampa, Florida, is a company with a unique positioning in the health care sector. Their core business, to date, is to offer local Doctor clinics a mobile balance testing, diagnostic and therapy clinic. This initiative supports the mission of the Fall Prevention Act of Congress, which sets aside substantial funds to accomplish the goal of preventing senior citizens from falling and becoming a resultant patient in the US medical system.

VRT has grown steadily in its years of operation and is now poised to grow dramatically with our financial assistance.

Their growth plans include: expanding their business model to more Doctor clinics in the Tampa and surrounding areas plus adding ultrasound testing and analysis facilities.

In addition, the owners want to execute an acquisition strategy to purchase selected Doctor clinics that they have already identified in the Tampa area from retiring Doctors. Each of these offices has approximately 6,000 patients of which 50% are senior citizens. The plan would be to phase out the physician and replace them with physician assistants and semi-retired specialists. This staff would then manage the full time balance testing, therapy and ultrasound scanning through creating an HMO of the Doctor offices and license the offices to carry out diagnostic and therapy work currently done in mobile clinics.

Their growth strategy over the next 5-10 years is to expand throughout Florida and then on to Southeastern USA where there are large senior populations.
