Marketing Intelligence Software Provider Visual IQ Enhances Support for Its Growing Customer Base

Client Service Veterans Joe Giannantonio and Ned Elmore Join to Help Maximize Use of Media Optimization Tools

NEEDHAM, MA--(Marketwire - October 13, 2010) -  With the addition of six new Fortune 500 clients in 2010 and continued momentum slated through year end, marketing intelligence software provider Visual IQ today announced it has expanded its client service team. Joe Giannantonio has joined the company as Director, Solutions & Analytics Group and Ned Elmore has taken the position of Senior Client Partner. Both will fill critical roles, ensuring clients take advantage of the insights derived from Visual IQ's Intelligence Platform and use that information to optimize their cross channel media campaign performance.

Collectively, Giannantonio and Elmore bring over 30 years of marketing expertise to Visual IQ. They will work directly with clients and their agency partners to help them realize the greatest value from Visual IQ's data integration, marketing attribution and media optimization products. This includes working with clients to integrate information across their complete marketing mix, understand how the intelligence gleaned will impact marketing decisions, and implement optimization strategies that the software uncovers.

Giannantonio has extensive experience developing and driving communication strategy, performance measurement, program optimization and analytics. He has held positions at McCann Worldgroup and Agency.com and has executed over 1000 direct marketing and brand advertising campaigns for his past clients, which include Microsoft, eBay, Amazon.com, and Miller Brewing. He graduated from University of California Davis with a B.S. in Applied Physics.

Elmore has wide ranging expertise in marketing automation, performance measurement and campaign reporting, as well as digital marketing solutions. He joins Visual IQ from Digitas, where he managed several key accounts as an engagement leader within their Internet Solutions Group. He has worked with industry leading brands such as General Motors, Time Warner and Home Depot. Elmore received a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Vermont and an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
