Marketing Leader Adds Two New Key Executives

Harte Hanks Names Brian Dames CMO and Joseph Voica SVP of Sales

BOSTON, MA--(Marketwired - Oct 8, 2014) - Harte Hanks (NYSE: HHS), a leading marketing organization that partners with top brands to establish deeper relationships with its customers and prospects, has announced the appointment of two executives to its senior leadership team: Brian Dames to the position of Chief Marketing Officer and Joseph Voica to the position of Senior Vice President of Sales. Dames most recently served as Executive Vice President of Customer Solutions. Voica joins Harte Hanks from MasterCard Worldwide.

As CMO for Customer Interaction, Dames is responsible for defining the company's go-to-market strategy and capability roadmap, which will provide the most robust and integrated customer engagement solution for our clients. He oversees brand development and marketing strategy and is charged with identifying new markets which can benefit from these solutions and fulfill the company's growth strategy. Dames joined Harte Hanks in 2007 and has held several roles focused on database and analytics marketing that prepare him well for this role, including Executive Vice President of Customer Solutions. He is closely associated with customer-driven marketing -- in 2013 he established Harte Hanks Product Innovation Center to leverage technology and partnerships across the company to deliver on client requirements. Having served in a variety of marketing and product roles prior to joining Harte Hanks, Dames brings a wealth of product and marketing strategy expertise and executional know-how as well as internal company knowledge to this newly created position.

Voica brings to his new role at Harte Hanks over 25 years of experience in senior management and executive roles within various industries. He is well versed in needs of data driven clients looking to optimize their results. Joe started his career with IBM, and has held other roles which include the sales turnaround lead for several venture capital firms, and building and managing a strategic and new business markets sales team at Experian. Most recently Voica led a global sales team within MasterCard World Wide.
