Marketing Leader Midwest Acquisitions Expands Two Times in October

BETTENDORF, IA--(Marketwired - Nov 3, 2014) - Midwest Acquisitions, www.midwestacquisitions.com -- Midwest Acquisitions wants to congratulate Doug Henschen and Matt Lucas on their recent promotion to Management. Doug and Matt are part of the reason why Midwest Acquisitions has been growing despite a fragile economy. Doug and Matt's client base for Midwest Acquisitions has expanded to include Moline, IL. and Clarkston, WA. in October 2014. In addition to this upcoming quarter, Midwest Acquisitions will be launching new programs to continue their major presence in some of the largest retailers.

"Our clients are seeing the benefits of our in-store marketing programs," explains Mitch Woods, Midwest Acquisitions Director of Operations. "We are launching new marketing campaigns in some of the country's biggest retailers located in the Quad Cities. We are literally taking our marketing campaigns and products into the stores. Due to our high foot traffic retail stores, our clients are getting an exponential amount of recognition."

Midwest Acquisitions has been able to grow despite the down economy. The company has been able to grow due to its accelerated Management Training Program by creating more managers to exceed client expectations.

Our training program attracts individuals that have a clear goal of moving up in their career. Midwest Acquisitions surrounds itself with ambitious, hard-working and driven team members, so everyone is working with the same goal in mind. Midwest Acquisitions has a policy of promotion from within; company growth has come from people that know their philosophies and work ethic.

"Our team members are the key to our growth and deserve all the credit," Mitch Woods says. "Their hard work and perseverance are what separates our marketing and acquisition team from others."

Doug Henschen grew up in Davenport and attended the University of Iowa and St Ambrose University. After college he spent a decade working with New York Stock Exchange firms, primarily in Texas. He then sold his brokerage business and started an international business consulting firm working on 4 continents. He also owned a construction company and was extremely successful in both ventures.

Unfortunately, when the mortgage crisis struck and the international economy fell apart, he went from being extremely well off, to losing both businesses. "I went from being a Millionaire to being flat broke and in debt, almost overnight," Doug describes. "On the positive side, it really built my character and drive not merely to get wealthy again, but to have fun doing it and help others reach their goals."

He searched for quite a while to discover an opportunity to do just that and he found it in Midwest Acquisitions. Not only did he find a position with unlimited growth potential, but he was having fun doing it as well.

Doug is now expanding his horizons in the Pacific Northwest, with his eyes set on the tremendous growth potential within our national marketing campaign, combined with the training and networking programs within the organization.

"I have fun and love going to work every day and my bank account is growing. We will soon be hiring and expanding the business giving others the same opportunity that Mitch and Midwest Acquisitions gave me," says Doug.

Matt, from Andalusia, IL, grew up playing football, baseball and basketball, graduating high school top ten in his class. Matt's success didn't stop after high school; he played college baseball for Saint Ambrose University and graduated from Western Illinois with a bachelor's degree. In 2012 Matt started with Midwest Acquisitions as an intern while finishing his degree. Within three weeks he was promoted during his summer break to Account Manager. Matt began full time when he graduated and was rewarded with an all-expense paid trip to Dallas, TX.

"It was motivating to see how quickly others had advanced and grown to be successful in the company," Matt said. "Coming from a sports background, my competitive nature attracted me to the no seniority and performance based philosophy of Midwest Acquisitions."

In less than a year, Matt was promoted into an Assistant Manager position and is now handling the client portfolio in Moline, IL.

"Matt started with us as an intern and has excelled quickly through the manager training position," Mitch comments. "This training program is what makes our company unique and fosters consistent growth."

"The MIT position helped me develop a bulletproof attitude, leadership skills, a stronger overall mentality and the ability to balance work and life," Matt stated. "The driving force of my motivation is my two year old daughter Adalynn. I want to give her every opportunity possible in life."
