Enesco Shares Best Practices for Mastering a Seamless B2B / B2C Omni-Channel Experience

PETALUMA, CA--(Marketwired - Nov 9, 2015) - MarketLive, the leading e-commerce technology platform for fast-growing retailers, today announced a webinar to offer e-commerce companies best practices for deploying and managing omni-channel websites that focus on the rapidly growing B2B segment and B2B/B2C segment. Joining MarketLive on the webinar will be guest speaker Forrester research analyst Andy Hoar and Enesco vice president, Pam Schechtman, who will share Enesco's key learnings and tips for mastering a seamless B2B/B2C omni-channel deployment.

The webinar will take place November 18th at 10:00am Pacific Time. Register by visiting

According to Forrester Research, forecasted revenues for B2B e-commerce sales will total $780 Billion in 2015, which is more than double the $334 billion estimated for all direct-to-consumer retail sales online. Moreover, B2B online sales are forecast to grow at a rate of 64 percent and top $1.1 trillion by 2020, at which time online sales will represent 12 percent of all B2B revenues.1

"Despite the fact that the B2B market is twice the size of B2C and growing rapidly, B2B companies still lag far behind their B2C brethren in terms of their level of digital maturity and the quality of customer experience they offer," wrote Forrester Analysts Andy Hoar and Peter Sheldon in a recent report."2

"B2B e-business professionals must move quickly to catch up to their B2C counterparts that set the high bar for the e-commerce experience. Now is the time for B2C merchants looking at building their B2B business to dive in and create a unified and seamless experience between the two business models," said Ken Burke, MarketLive founder and CEO.
