Wins "Middle Market Financing Deal of the Year"

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - July 11, 2007) - The M&A Advisor, a conference producer and newsletter publisher serving the middle market finance industry, announced the winners of the 2007 Middle Market Financing Awards at its 2nd annual awards dinner held in Chicago.

Overall, The M&A Advisor bestowed 15 awards to top financial professionals serving the $10 million - $1 billion (sales) market in fields such as investment banking, private equity, legal services and accounting. The awards are made on the basis of excellence in transacting equity, debt and mixed debt-equity deals. Other firms that were honored include BMO Capital Markets and Citi Capital Strategies.
