Marriott Flagship Hotel Installs Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection System

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - January 4, 2011) -  Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is pleased to announce its first installation for Marriott International, Inc., a preeminent international hotel chain.

Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe, stated, "We are delighted to announce that the flagship hotel of Marriott International has installed an Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection System for their banquet service kitchens. The chefs at this hotel have used our system extensively for months, recognize the importance of food safety, and love our product. Just as with our other restaurant clients, they were thrilled with the many ways that our system improves the quality of the food they prepare, the healthy advantages associated with employee food preparation, and the tremendous advantages for their workflow. Without ozone, salads for banquets must be prepared shortly before serving to prevent browning of the lettuce. However, when lettuce is rinsed with ozone, brown spots due to cutting are avoided, and salads can now be prepared well ahead of time. Coupling these advantages with the totally green nature of Eco-Safe Ozone Disinfection, this hotel chain was convinced of the real value we provide."
