Marshall Clean Energy Investments Enters Into Agreements to Arrange Project Financing for Utility Scale Clean Energy Projects Valued at $800 Million (U.S. Dollars)

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - September 24, 2010) - Marshall Clean Energy Investments ("MCEI") is pleased to announce that it has entered into agreements to assist in project level financing for several landmark clean energy projects. Two of the projects are in advanced stages of development and have met regulatory requirements including permitting and environmental assessments.

"MCEI is proud to represent clean energy companies in their quest for project financing. Having extensive knowledge regarding clean energy projects and the companies that own them has been our history. Arranging project financing is a natural fit for us," said Alexander Marshall, Chief Investment Officer.

"Many clean energy projects have been delayed or postponed after the worst economic downturn in decades. It's likely that many of these projects will get funded as institutional investors return to the clean energy sector. Although the capital requirements are high for these projects, the returns are long term and secured by Power Purchase Agreements. MCEI looks forward to assisting in the funding of these projects to the benefit of regional economies and the environment," concluded Alexander Marshall.
