Martina Minerals Corp. Update

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 30, 2014) - Martina Minerals Corp. (the "Company") (NEX BOARD:MTN.H) advises that the TSX Venture has delisted the Company's securities at the close of market on April 28, 2014 due to its inability to meet the TSX Venture's minimum listing requirements. In an effort to maintain liquidity in the Company's common shares, the common shares were transfer to the NEX, a separate board of the TSX Venture that provides a trading forum for listed companies that have low levels of business activity or have ceased to carry on an active business. Effective the opening of the market on April 29, 2014, the Common Shares commenced trading on the NEX under the symbol "MTN.H".
