TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 29, 2012) - Martinrea International Inc. (TSX:MRE) announced today that Nat Rea stepped down as Vice Chairman and Director, effective June 29, 2012 to pursue other opportunities. Nick Orlando has assumed Mr. Rea's responsibilities as a director.
