Maryland Plastic Surgeon Now Offering Natrelle Inspira Round Gel Implants

ROCKVILLE, MD--(Marketwired - Nov 18, 2015) - Dr. Adam Tattelbaum an Ivy League Maryland Plastic Surgeon with plastic surgery offices in Maryland, Washington D.C. area and Virginia. Dr. Tattelbaum is now offering the Natrelle Inspira™ round gel implants which offer a more dramatic look while still providing a very natural and soft feel.

Dr. Tattelbaum says, "my preference for the majority of my breast augmentation patients are smooth round implants. Smooth implants don't stick inside the pocket where they are placed. By moving within the pocket they tend to look more natural in my opinion".

Dr. Tattelbaum offers every type of breast implant available on the market from silicone to saline, the choice is personal with each and every case. The Natrelle Inspira™ is for the woman who would like a larger look with a natural feel. The Natrelle Inspira™ has more silicone in the implant and are round designed specifically for creating more fullness and softness. Dr. Tattelbaum says, "the Natrelle Inspira™ is not for everybody, these implants are designed for the woman that is looking for full voluptuous breast and still maintain a very natural feel".

The Natrelle Inspira™ is filled with the same silicone gel that Allergen's been using for over 10 years and approved by the FDA. The main design difference between the Inspira™ and other Allergen breast implants is the amount of gel in the implant while still maintaining a soft natural feel. Dr Tattelbaum says, "these implants work really well for a woman who has more breast tissue at the bottom of breasts with little to no upper fullness".

Dr. Tattelbaum is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. He attended medical school at Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City where he received Honors in his plastic surgical rotation. He was Chief Resident at New York's Mount Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Tattelbaum completed his plastic surgery training at Georgetown University and Harvard University.
