TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Aug. 16, 2013) - GrowthWorks Enterprises Ltd. announced that the special meetings of shareholders of Matrix Short Term Income Fund (Corporate Class), Matrix Canadian Balanced Fund (Corporate Class), Matrix Monthly Pay Fund (Corporate Class), Matrix Dow Jones Canada High Dividend 50 Fund (Corporate Class), Matrix S&P/TSX Canadian Dividend Aristocrats Fund (Corporate Class), Matrix American Dividend Growth Fund (Corporate Class), Matrix Covered Call Banks Plus Fund (Corporate Class) and Matrix Canadian Resource Fund (Corporate Class) scheduled on August 15, 2013, were adjourned due to lack of quorum. The adjourned meetings will be held at 11:00am (Toronto time) on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 4420 - 161 Bay Street, Toronto, ON M5J 2S1. The record date remains the same for the adjourned meetings, as described in the Notice of Special Meetings previously sent to shareholders. At the adjourned meetings, quorum will consist of shareholders of each Fund present in person or by proxy.
