Matrixx to Be Featured Guest on "Your Monies Worth" Radio Show

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - April 4, 2011) - Matrixx Resource Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MXXH), has been invited to profile the Company's progress and outlook with Mick Bazsuly on "Your Monies Worth" radio show.

Due to the rising prices and an increase in demand for energy, the long running business radio show on Beasley Radio, hosted by Mick Bazsuly, has agreed to schedule Matrixx for regular updates on its plan for exploration and development as well as its plans to enter the oil and natural gas royalty market.

"With the demand for oil going through the roof, the expanding turmoil in the Middle East, and the increase in demand from China, oil is being consumed at record rates. Yet refining and production are falling with continued political pressures" said Mick Bazsuly. "We are looking at emerging companies here in the U.S. and how these smaller companies can capitalize to offset our dependence on foreign oil." Bazsuly added.

The show will be assigned a date within April and showtimes as well as airtimes and appearance dates will be released when scheduled.

In addition, Matrixx plans to launch its advertising campaign for the oil and natural gas royalty division rollout this month with its first appearance in the prestigious "Prime" publication in the greater Houston area.
