MIAMI, FL--(Marketwired - Jun 2, 2014) - Crowds in Las Vegas celebrated Memorial Day Weekend in Wynn's Encore, where Ryan Seacrest, host of "American Idol," danced alongside celebrity guests such as retired MMA champion Tito Ortiz, singer Mike Snedegar, UFC President Dana White and famous DJ David Guetta who kept the heat going from his DJ booth with great tracks and a myriad of special effects. With his new album coming out soon, Guetta has all reason to celebrate: At the beginning of the week he released the single "Blast Off," a song he recorded with Australian singer and DJ, Kaz James, which was praised by critics as a "relentless spray of heavy synths" and a "chunk of hard house."
For the French-born disc jockey and house producer the so far untitled successor to "Nothing but the Beat 2.0," which he released in 2012, will be his 8th album. Starting out as a DJ in the 1980s, David Guetta has conquered the stages of the world in the course of his career, and worked together with a number of internationally acclaimed singers. On stage, Guetta is known for his elaborate laser and light shows. For three of his world tours, he took along a famous special guest: club music icon Kryoman, aka "The Robot," who has recently been in the news due to his plans to open a record label with friend and entrepreneur Matt Argall.
Kryoman has been in the music biz for many years and has performed with a multitude of international stars such as the Black Eyed Peas, Nicky Romero, or Grammy-award winner Akon. Born and raised in London, England, Kryoman now lives in Miami, Florida, not far away from Matt. Though rather new to the music scene, Matt Argall brings extensive business experience to the table. Starting his career with an online company almost 25 years ago, Matt has explored various industries over the years, always with a keen eye for new ideas and opportunities. "I like the idea of opening a record label, because it allows me to combine my passion for music with my passion for business. And with the already huge electronic fan base that Florida, and especially Miami, has to offer, I think Kryoman and I have a great foundation for our future plans," says Matt.
In the course of his career Matt Argall has launched numerous successful companies in various industries, ranging from the gas and electricity industry, where he had more than 100 employees serving customers all over the USA, to a student loan debt consolidation that was subsidized by the US government. Matt spent his childhood in Canada and moved with his family to Florida, where he now resides with his wife and son. A very engaged philanthropist, Matt Argall enjoys helping local causes as well as international organizations that support young start-ups in poorer countries to launch their own businesses.
