Mattersight Announces Brett Theisen as Vice President of Strategic Business Development and MainTrax as a New Business Solutions Partner


CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - Mar 4, 2013) - Mattersight Corporation (NASDAQ: MATR), a leading provider of enterprise analytics, today announced that Brett Theisen has joined the company as Vice President of Strategic Business Development. Mr. Theisen will be responsible for developing a partner sales channel for Mattersight's Predictive Behavioral Routing solution along with other non-call center applications, such as the recently-announced joint development to use Mattersight's algorithms for hiring analytics.

Mr. Theisen brings more than 15 years of sales and leadership experience in the telecommunications and software industries. Prior to joining Mattersight, he was Vice President of Global Sales at Calabrio, a rapidly growing Workforce Optimization company. Mr. Theisen was responsible for building a channel sales organization that grew revenue by 156% percent over the last 3 years. Previously in his career, he served as vice president of sales at Gelco Information Network, a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) business, which was acquired by Concur. At Gelco, Theisen was instrumental in managing an international sales force that grew revenue from $18 million to $45 million during his tenure. Mr. Theisen holds an MBA from Regis University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
