(NASDAQ: MTSN), a leading supplier of advanced process equipment used to manufacture semiconductors, today announced that additional Millios™ millisecond anneal (MSA) systems were shipped in the first quarter to multiple wafer fabrication facilities for volume production of advanced Foundry/Logic devices.
