Mr. Fox has spent more than 15 years in investment banking and currently serves as Managing Director of Maxim Group's Investment Banking Unit. Mr. Fox brings substantial capital markets and corporate finance experience and insight to client engagements across sectors. His investment banking experience has spanned sales & trading, corporate finance, leveraged finance, divisional management, and buy-side private equity. Prior to joining Maxim Group, he was head of Private Capital and Fixed Income at I-Bankers Securities, was an Advisor at Pegasus Capital, a middle market private equity firm, and was a Managing Director of Investment Banking at Credit Suisse, where he focused on leveraged finance and was CFO of the firm's capital markets division. Mr. Fox holds a Masters of Business Administration from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Japanese from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York. Mr. Fox holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 Registrations.
Mr. Serra has 10 years of investment banking, capital markets, and corporate finance experience. Having participated in transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $25B during his career in both investment banking and the power and energy industry, Mr. Serra brings substantial capital markets and corporate finance experience and insight to client engagements across sectors. Prior to joining Maxim Group, Mr. Serra served as Director of Investment Banking at I-Bankers Securities, Inc. and before that served as Vice President and Principal of Investment Banking at Legend Merchant Group, Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Serra served as a Senior Analyst with Fortune 500 Company KeySpan Corporation (NYSE:KSE) (now National Grid, plc), and filled a leadership role in the company's Asset Acquisition & Development Group. Prior to that, Mr. Serra worked in KeySpan's Capital Markets Group. Mr. Serra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from St. Francis College in Brooklyn Heights, New York, where he was a Presidential Scholar, and an MBA in Financial Management from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University. Mr. Serra holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 Registrations.
