Maximizer Software and Leading Independent Research Analyst to Discuss Mobile CRM for SMBs in Webcast

Web event topic: "Extending the Value of CRM Through Mobility"

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 8, 2006) - Maximizer Software Inc. (TSX:MAX), a leading provider of proven and affordable customer relationship management (CRM) and contact management solutions, today announced that it will host a Web event titled 'Extending the Value of CRM Through Mobility ' on Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. EST (11:00 a.m. PST). Hosted by Maximizer Software EVP Technology William Anderson, the educational Webcast will feature Forrester Research CRM Analyst Liz Herbert as she shares her recent research on extending the value of CRM software with mobile access through wireless devices and laptop computers.

Mobile CRM is becoming a "must-do" for most field sales and service organizations. It allows representatives to access and update their CRM information from anywhere using a mobile device - such as the popular BlackBerry from Research In Motion. The key benefits include improved service scheduling, more professional sales interactions, and shorter cycle times in areas like quote generation, incident resolution, and order fulfillment.

According to Herbert, "Field sales and service professionals who rely on laptops to store important data about prospects and accounts often have stale information when they show up for an appointment, and they can face long delays before they can update their CRM system with the latest details or to-dos...While many firms alleviate these problems through phones, pagers, and mobile email, technologically sophisticated firms use mobile CRM."("Extend CRM Value With Mobility", Forrester Research, Inc., June 2006.)

During this event, small and medium-sized businesses will learn how they can:

- Use mobile CRM solutions to respond faster to customers and close more sales

- Increase the adoption rate of existing CRM systems, by putting customer information in the pockets of mobile employees

- Gain a competitive advantage by having quick access to customer and prospect information while on the road

Also during the event, Maximizer Software's Executive Vice President of Technology, William Anderson, will unveil MaxMobile CRM - a new product that allows mobile sales and service employees to track email messages, access sales opportunities, handle customer-related documents and manage service cases all from their Microsoft Windows Mobile devices.

Attendees for this Webcast will be entered in a draw for a complimentary Research In Motion BlackBerry mobile device.
