Maximum Adventure Network Now Broadcast to Nearly 17 Million U.S. Viewers

Outdoor Adventure Channel Featuring Hunting, Fishing and Adventure Television Available on DIRECTV Channel 608

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - March 12, 2008) - The Maximum Adventure Network (MAN) announced today the launch of its new 24-hour outdoors adventure-focused television channel that reaches nearly 17 million DIRECTV television homes in the United States. MAN plans to announce further distribution in the first half of this year.

Created by executives experienced in outdoors adventure television programming and distribution, MAN targets viewers interested in hunting, fishing, ATVs, four-wheeling, boating and other outdoor adventures and recreational activities, including extreme sports. MAN delivers compelling and original programming content from producers and locations from around the globe.

"The Maximum Adventure Network is a channel for all MANkind, offering family-oriented programming from top outdoors television producers," said Michael Klahr, president of Denver-based MAN. "We are pleased to launch MAN on a national platform, connecting nearly 17 million viewers with programming they are passionate about and delivering to viewers unique interactive television capabilities. MAN will guide viewers on where to go, what to wear, where to stay and what products work best."

These shows are available during primetime on Maximum Adventure Network on DIRECTV channel 608:

-- Gone Huntin' - Tag along as Keith and Tony hunt big and upland game
across North America while getting hunting tips and reviews of innovative
    new products.

    Midwest.
-- Best of the West - Headquartered in Wyoming, The Best of The West is

Other popular outdoors adventure shows now broadcast on MAN include Adrenaline Outdoors, Outdoor Expeditions, Campbell, Hunting with the Pros, Hunting Lease Magazine, Pennsylvania Back Country, Ranch and Resort, Sledhead, Southern Outdoor Experience, Sportsman of North America, TNT Outdoor Adventures, World of Hunting, Whitetail Properties, Wayne Burns Outdoor Allstars, and TV Travel Magazine.

"The Maximum Adventure Network enhances the value of our extensive selection of outdoors, sports and lifestyle programming while speaking to DIRECTV viewers who are the most passionate about their programming choices," said Toby Berlin, vice president of Programming Acquisitions for DIRECTV.

"Unlike other recreational channels, MAN features sponsor integration into the programming content in an entertaining and engaging manner," added Klahr. "While MAN gives our customers access to the fishing expedition, it also shows our viewers how to purchase the fly rod that is being cast."

MAN offers interactive capabilities, from 1-800-number viewer response to on-screen messages, or triggers, that take viewers to TV microsites where they can learn more information about products they see on TV. These interactive capabilities include giving viewers the ability to order brochures or view a long form, on-demand commercial, allowing viewers to engage and connect through the remote control.

Outdoors adventure recreation is a robust segment in the U.S. economy as evidenced by more than 80 million outdoors enthusiasts spending approximately $70 billion annually on products and services used for hunting, fishing or watching wildlife.

MAN is expected to make further announcements this year that will bring MAN's TV distribution to more than 25 million homes worldwide with additional viewers reached through global webcasting. Contact MAN for more information on how to watch the Maximum Adventure Network.
