Natural Progression

ABBOTSFORD, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - March 11, 2005) - Maxxcapp

Maxxcapp Corporation's Board of Directors is pleased to announce the
re-organization of its management team as a result of the growth of the

Blaine Gorrell, B.Sc., will become President, CEO and Director and Roger
Kufske, BA, CMA will become CFO. Businessman Ken McKenzie will become
Chairman and Director and Lawyer Craig Thomas and Graydon Elliott
Capital Corporation President Rodney Gelineau will also become Directors.

Dwight Martin, who will remain a director, added that with the maturity
and growth of the company it was important for the current board members
to expand the depth of the board and make some significant management

"We felt that it was time to step up the experience and knowledge around
the Maxxcapp table in order to keep the company moving forward and to
improve corporate governance," Mr. Martin said.

"Shareholders should be pleased with the addition of this talented,
experienced and successful, professional team. I am looking forward to
seeing many positive changes in the coming months," he added.

Mr. Gorrell has an extensive background in banking and business and was
most recently was the General Manager of Wall Financial Feed
Division/Masterfeeds. Previous to that he was the Senior Assistant
Manager of Agricultural Services B.C. for the Royal Bank of Canada.

Mr. Kufske is a Certified Management Accountant and professional manager
with more than 22 years of experience working at several large
accounting firms as well as Lafarge Canada Inc.

Mr. McKenzie has more than 25 years of business experience in the
agricultural and feed industries and is involved in several feed
production and distribution companies in Western Canada.

Mr. Thomas is a securities lawyer with Thomas Rondeau in Vancouver B.C.
and has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance and
business law.

Mr. Gelineau is the President, CEO and founder of Graydon Elliott
Capital Corporation, a boutique-style investment services firm with
offices in Abbotsford, Vancouver and Toronto. He has 17 years of
experience in retail investment products and corporate finance.

Jonathan Dugdale, former director and president, has resigned from the
company because of a new business opportunity. The board wishes him well
in his new endeavors.
