MBAC Fertilizer Announces Election of Directors

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - July 02, 2015) - MBAC Fertilizer Corp. ("MBAC" or the "Company") (TSX: MBC) announced the results of the vote for the election of directors held at the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on June 30, 2015. The result of the vote by ballot with respect to the election of each of the directors is as follows:

Shareholders also voted in favour of the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the auditors of the Corporation until the close of the next annual meeting of shareholders.

The resolution to re-approve the Company's stock option plan was withdrawn and not voted upon at the meeting.
