MBAH announces a New Road Hazard Tire and Wheel Protection Program for Motorcycle and Auto Dealers

SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 6, 2005 -- MBA Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: MBAH), announces that it is introducing a new MBA/NMDA Road Hazard Tire and Wheel Protection Program for Motorcycle and Auto Dealers. The new program is being underwritten by Great American Assurance Company. Consumer reports identify Road Hazards as one of the main causes of flat tires and wheel damage. In each of the last few years, American Consumers spent over $20 Billion Dollars for replacement tires.

Coverage includes: Flat Tire Coverage, reimbursement for the charges incurred to repair a flat tire caused by Road Hazard. Tire and Wheel Replacement, reimbursement for the cost incurred to replace tires or wheels damaged by Road Hazard. 24-Hour Assistance, in the event of a flat tire or damaged wheel, toll-free emergency hotlines dispatch prompt service to assist in changing an inflated spare or tow to the closest service station. Emergency Travel Expense, reimbursement for emergency living expense up to three (3) days for cost of local housing and meals while vehicle is being repaired if at least 250 miles from home residence. Mounting and Balancing, reimbursement for the cost of mounting, balancing, and valve stems for any tire replaced under this program. Taxes, both local and state taxes will be reimbursed.

Marketing to numerous dealers have resulted in commitments from many large motorcycle dealers to sell the new tire and wheel program, in addition to our motorcycle leasing program and other programs.
