LAGUNA HILLS, CA--(Marketwire - January 27, 2011) - MC Endeavors, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MSMY) announced its subsidiary CENTIUUM Holdings Asia is holding planning meetings over the next few days to incorporate two new "green" golf courses to the master plan in the government free enterprise zone (GFEZ) of the Hwayang Region on the southern coast of South Korea. The two 18-hole courses will be designed by the world renowned golf course design firm of Robert Trent Jones II who has designed over 250 courses around the globe.

Mike Kahler will head up the design team in the RTJ2 office in Manila. He stated, "We create 'green' courses that sustain golf with minimum disturbance to the site and we maximize the enhancement of natural ecosystems using less water, pesticides & fertilizers and by incorporating wetlands, turf-grass and other natural site features to clean and filter water."

Richard Sohn, COO of MC Endeavors and Centiuum Asia, stated, "We will incorporate our patented Golf Drainage - Storm Water Management Systems utilizing AdvanEDGE® flat pipe for rapid drainage of greens, Nyloplast® in-line drains and drain basins for fairways, and Horizontal Drain Boxes for sand bunker drainage. Mr. Sohn went on to say that, "These drainage solutions will keep the fairways and bunkers dry and the greens in perfect condition so that their golf courses are playable as quickly as possible after a rain."

Tim Algier, CEO of MC Endeavors and Centiuum Holdings, outlined, "The courses are only in the planning stages but will be designed to cover between 300 and 400 acres each. The total project cost for the golf courses is estimated to be $16 - $20 million USD."
