TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 22, 2014) - McChip Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MCS) is pleased to announce the declaration of a dividend in the amount of $0.05 per common share, payable on June 19, 2014 to shareholders of record on June 5, 2014, the ex dividend date will be June 3, 2014. The dividend is considered ineligible for income tax purposes.
It is the current intention of the company to continue to pay dividends, the amounts and the payment dates, to be determined after a review of cash available from oil and gas operations and the continuation of royalty payments from Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc.
