McCoy to Release First Quarter Results and Hold Conference Call on May 12, 2009, Annual General Meeting to Follow on May 14, 2009

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - May 5, 2009) - McCoy Corporation ("McCoy" or "the Corporation") (TSX:MCB) today announced that McCoy will release its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2009 on Tuesday, May 12, 2009 before market hours. McCoy will host a conference call and webcast to discuss its first quarter results at 9 a.m. Mountain Time (11 a.m. Eastern) on May 12, 2009.

As well, McCoy will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at the Sutton Place Hotel, 10235 - 101 Street, Edmonton, Alberta on Thursday, May 14, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. A presentation by management will follow the formal business of the meeting and the event will conclude with an informal reception. All shareholders and other interested parties are invited to attend.
