SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - November 17, 2010) - With more than a decade of experience in Bay Area real estate, Adam Gavzer will become McGuire Real Estate's Bluxome Office Sales Manager.
Gavzer is a top producing listing agent and integral part of the Bluxome office. With strong attention to detail, excellent negotiating skills, local knowledge and a cooperative demeanor, he's helped clients find their perfect home, sell their existing one, and/or purchase investment properties. Gavzer will continue his work as a top producer.
As Bluxome's Sales Manager, he'll work closely with and report to Managing Broker, Aldo Congi. Congi also manages McGuire's Noe Valley office and provides broker level-assistance to McGuire's locations in the East Bay. Together, their years of experience, selling skills and local knowledge will offer agents day-to-day advice and help build their business.
The change at Bluxome mirrors the model already in place at McGuire's Noe Valley and East Bay offices. Gavzer will be responsible for helping agents with everything from listing presentations, to handling buyer objections, the development and execution of business plans, as well as negotiation tactics. They will share the duties of leading bi-weekly sales meetings, with Congi's expertise still focused on pricing analysis.
