McGuire Real Estate Appoints New Vice President and Sales Manager of Mill Valley Office

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 21, 2007 -- McGuire Real Estate, a San Francisco-based real estate company specializing in luxury real estate, announced today the appointment of Heidi Pay as vice president and manager of its office in Mill Valley, Calif. Pay will oversee the sales and operations of the company's real estate interests and services. McGuire opened its Mill Valley office in 1997 to serve the North Bay market.

Pay began her real estate career 15 years ago at the Prudential California Realty in Santa Rosa, where she gained experience in sales. She worked as a senior management-level and business consultant in the building industry, community development and master planning, and in commercial development where she was responsible for the financing, construction and management of a coastal hotel. Pay has experience with architectural design, construction and property management as a result of managing her personal portfolio and her work with family properties that include hotels, restaurants, apartment buildings, commercial property, undeveloped sections of land in resort communities and numerous single-family residential properties.

A member of Mensa, Pay is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a master's degree of business administration in marketing. Earlier she earned a bachelor of arts degree in business administration and psychology from Dominican University in San Rafael, and two associate arts degrees in natural science and behavioral science respectively from College of Marin.

Pay lives with her family in San Geronimo, Calif.
