SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - Nov 11, 2011) - Please help us help our wonderful neighbors in the East Bay, by bringing canned/non-perishable food items to McGuire's Annual Food Drive supporting the Alameda County Community Food Bank.
One in six residents will the need the assistance of the Community Food Bank and half of those are working families with children. By donating non-perishable items to one of McGuire's East Bay offices, you will help alleviate hunger in your community. The most desired food items are: canned fruits and vegetables; beans and rice; low-sodium soup, stew and chili; powdered milk; pasta and tomato sauce; canned meats and fish; low-sugar cereal and oatmeal; and peanut butter.
