McGuire Real Estate Set to Open Sales Office at Homes on Esprit Park

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - September 12, 2007) - McGuire Real Estate announced today the opening of a new sales office is set for late September for Homes on Esprit Park (www.espritpark.com) at 900 Minnesota, the site of the former Esprit de Corp. headquarters and bordering 1.8-acre Esprit Park. The unique development of 142 homes is located in San Francisco's Dogpatch neighborhood at the edge of Potrero Hill. The first homes will be ready for occupancy early 2008 and range in price from the upper $600,000s to approximately $1,500,000.

McGuire Real Estate is the exclusive marketing partner of the project's developer, Build Inc. of San Francisco. The sales office will showcase many of the design elements that will be featured in the new homes.

"As one of the sunniest neighborhoods in the City with both a growing cultural and dining scene, the Dogpatch is evolving into a vibrant community and Homes on Esprit Park adds significantly to that transition," says Rob Levy, McGuire partner™ and manager of its development sales group. "The homes will appeal to buyers who are looking for a unique development that reflects a very strong neighborhood connection."

Featuring a mix of one- and two-bedroom flats, lofts, and townhouses, Homes on Esprit Park offers more than twenty-five different floor plans to choose from. Plans include an established 130 seat restaurant with al fresco dining, a café with outdoor seating, an exercise facility, media room, 168 inside parking spaces and significant open space centered on two lushly landscaped courtyards.

Build Inc. has produced simple and elegant design solutions that integrate the historic character of the existing brick structures with the new and inviting spirit of the homes. Exposed brick walls and timber beams of the century-old Schilling Wine Warehouse are juxtaposed with waxed concrete, hardwood flooring and wool carpets.

Homes on Esprit Park maximizes energy efficiency and environmental thoughtfulness. Large double-paned thermal windows frame views of established trees, artful landscaping and the downtown skyline. An in-floor hydronic system provides, quiet, efficient and environmentally sound heating. The new buildings are constructed of steel and concrete manufactured with a large percentage of recycled components. Landscape design incorporates many sustainable measures. The opening of the Muni Metro's T Third Light Rail brings convenient access throughout the city just two blocks from Homes on Esprit Park. A speedy commute to Silicon Valley is accessible from nearby Highway 280 and the 22nd Street Cal-Train station.
