MCPc Achieves 17th Consecutive Cisco Channel Partner Award

MCPc, National Technology Consultant & Cisco Gold Partner, Celebrates Receiving Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence, the Highest Possible Distinction in Cisco's Channel Partner Program

CLEVELAND, OH--(Marketwired - September 09, 2014) - MCPc has been named to an unprecedented 17th consecutive cycle with the Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence rating, the highest possible distinction in Cisco's Channel Partner Program.

This announcement comes on the heels of previous announcements, and further underscores the strength in their relationship with Cisco. This is the 17th consecutive cycle in which MCPc has received this distinction, and is the 23rd of the last 26 cycles.

The Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence assessment is based upon the customer satisfaction results captured in the Cisco Partner Access Online tool ( Each measurement period, Cisco acknowledges Certified Partners like MCPc that have the highest customer satisfaction distinction within each geographic region.

The award has been affirmed as record-setting by officials at Cisco, including Howard Charney, senior vice president in the office of the president at Cisco. Charney was a headlining keynote speaker at MCPc's 2014 Game Changers event. In addition to this recognition of customer satisfaction, MCPc has also been labeled a Cisco Cloud Builder and a Cisco Gold Partner. These designations are earned by less than 150 Cisco Gold Partners in the United States, and less than 1% of all Cisco Certified Partners worldwide.

MCPc's solution architect and engineer corps includes more than 60 Cisco certified engineers, including eight holding Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification. Charney commented on the CCIE roster at MCPc, saying, "They have so many CCIEs [and] such a high level of competence in their ability to deploy that they are almost an outlier... MCPc is just an outstanding partner." CCIE certification holders represent less than 3% of all certified Cisco professionals, and less than 1% of the networking professionals worldwide. Cisco introduced the CCIE certification in 1993 to assist the industry in distinguishing the top internetwork experts worldwide.
