MCPc Achieves 18th Consecutive Cisco Channel Partner Award

MCPc, National Technology Consultant & Cisco Gold Partner, Celebrates Receiving Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence, the Highest Possible Distinction in Cisco's Channel Partner Program

CLEVELAND, OH--(Marketwired - February 09, 2015) - MCPc has been named to an unprecedented 18th consecutive cycle with the Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence rating, the highest possible distinction in Cisco's Channel Partner Program. This is the 18th consecutive cycle in which MCPc has received this distinction, and is the 24th of the last 27 cycles.

The Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence assessment is based upon the customer satisfaction results captured in the Cisco Partner Access Online tool ( Each measurement period, Cisco acknowledges Certified Partners like MCPc that have the highest customer satisfaction distinction within each geographic region.

New for 2015, the Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence raised its level of requirements. A new "Follow Up" feature is available, providing a snapshot of previous scores in order to show compliance and identify places where improvements can be made.

In addition to this recognition of customer satisfaction, MCPc has also been labeled a Cisco Cloud Builder and a Cisco Gold Partner. These designations are earned by less than 150 Cisco Gold Partners in the United States, and less than 1% of all Cisco Certified Partners worldwide.

MCPc's solution architect and engineer corps includes more than 60 Cisco certified engineers, including six holding Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification. CCIE certification holders represent less than 3% of all certified Cisco professionals, and less than 1% of the networking professionals worldwide. Cisco introduced the CCIE certification in 1993 to assist the industry in distinguishing the top internetwork experts worldwide.
