CLEVELAND, OH--(Marketwired - January 30, 2014) - MCPc has been named to an unprecedented 16th consecutive cycle with the Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence rating, the highest possible distinction in Cisco's Channel Partner Program. This announcement comes on the heels of previous announcements, and further underscores the strength in their relationship with Cisco. This is the 16th
consecutive cycle in which MCPc has received this distinction, and is the 22nd
of the last 25 cycles.
The Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence assessment is based upon the customer satisfaction results captured in the Cisco Partner Access Online tool (www.cisco.com/go/pal). Each measurement period, Cisco acknowledges Certified Partners like MCPc that have the highest customer satisfaction distinction within each geographic region.
A speaker at MCPc's Game Changers event, Howard Charney, Cisco senior vice president, said about MCPc, "They're a standout... I meet with lots of people, and MCPc is like a partner on steroids." Referencing the previous awards given to MCPc by Cisco, Charney continued, "They have won awards from us year after year after year."
The MCPc / Cisco relationship is pervasive throughout MCPc, as MCPc is identified as a Cisco Cloud Builder Partner and Cisco Gold Partner. These designations identify MCPc as one of less than 150 Cisco Gold Partners in the United States (less than 1% of all Cisco Certified Partners) to hold Gold Partner status. MCPc's solution architect and engineer corps includes more than 60 Cisco certified engineers, including several holding Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification. Charney commented on the CCIE roster at MCPc, saying "They have so many CCIEs [and] such a high level of competence in their ability to deploy that they are almost an outlier... MCPc is just an outstanding partner." CCIE certification holders represent less than 3% of all certified Cisco professionals, and less than 1% of the networking professionals worldwide. Cisco introduced the CCIE certification in 1993 to assist the industry in distinguishing the top internetwork experts worldwide.
"This is what we strive for," said Kevin McCarthy, vice president of partner management and marketing at MCPc. "This has become our new 'normal'; rising to this level of service and attention to delivery and detail, cycle after cycle. We are extraordinarily proud of this achievement, and want to express how pleased we are to be working with Cisco," McCarthy continued.
"Providing the best possible service to our customers is one of our highest priorities at MCPc," said Cathy Quick, the Cisco partner alliance manager for MCPc. "Being distinguished by a partner of Cisco's caliber for excellent customer satisfaction is something that we are very proud of, and will continue to strive for at every opportunity. We want our customers to know that together with Cisco, we are committed to providing the best possible experience," Quick said.
The distinction of Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence will be represented in the Cisco Partner Locator (www.cisco.com/go/partnerlocator) with a special star indicator representing this achievement. This achievement was awarded as part of Cisco's worldwide assessment process.
