MCPc Receives Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award

Cleveland-Based Cisco Partner Earns Recognition for Second Year in a Row

CLEVELAND, OH--(Marketwire - February 3, 2011) - MCPc, Inc., a Cisco Gold Certified Partner, has been recognized with the Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award for 2010. This distinction of excellence is awarded to the top-performing five percent of Cisco's Channel Partners, and is the highest distinction that a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program.

This is the second year in a row that MCPc has won the award, which is based on a 12-month rolling rating of outstanding customer satisfaction.

The Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award is part of its worldwide partner-assessment process. It is based upon a minimum of 30 customer satisfaction results, surveys and assessments.
