McWilliams|Ballard Chosen as Sales and Marketing Company for Two Landmark Atlantic Communities

ALEXANDRIA, VA--(Marketwire - January 26, 2011) - McWilliams|Ballard announced today that the firm has been chosen to handle the sales and marketing of two separate communities currently developed by local homebuilder Landmark Atlantic Communities. The first community, Oak Leather Knoll, is a new construction townhome community located in Burke, Virginia. Oak Leather Knoll boasts three bedroom townhomes with gourmet kitchens, 9-foot ceilings, 1-car garages, and brick construction. The second community, Clark's Corner, is a new single-family development in the heart of the City of Fairfax. Clark's Corner is home to the historic Powell-Ostrander house, which is over 200 years old, and has been meticulously preserved by Landmark Atlantic Communities and will be available for sale.
