MDN Inc. and Tanzania Minerals Corp. Agree to Not Further Advance Ikungu Letter of Intent

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Dec. 20, 2013) - MDN Inc. ("MDN") (TSX:MDN) announces that it and Tanzania Minerals Corp. ("TZM") have mutually decided to not enter into a definitive agreement to jointly explore and develop the Ikungu gold project in Tanzania. As a result both parties have decided to let the Letter of intent dated October 15, 2013 expire.
