One trench and four core holes were drilled in the Colorback Gold Project prior to its acquisition by the Company. Highlights from the drill program are noted below:

The next round of drilling will test the surface upper plate resource with 4 core holes and thelarger lower plate Copper Canyon or Cortez Type potential with one 850 meter core hole. The Company is currently completing a comprehensive Technical Report pursuant to NI 43-101 for an in-depth discussion of these gold target types.
