Med-Emerg International Inc. Signs Staffing Agreement With Leading Canadian Academic Hospital, London Health Sciences

TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 2, 2005 -- Med-Emerg International Inc. (OTC BB: MDER) (OTC BB: MDERW) has signed an agreement with London Health Sciences to provide recruitment, staffing and scheduling services. The agreements call for Med-Emerg to provide London Health Sciences with a minimum of 700 hours per month of physician coverage.
