MEDecision Ranks 16th on List of Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania

WAYNE, PA--(Marketwire - Dec 12, 2011) - MEDecision, Inc., the leading provider of collaborative health management solutions, was one of 100 companies honored at the Best Places to Work in PA evening awards ceremony on December 1 at the Lancaster County Convention Center in downtown Lancaster, PA. At the ceremony, final rankings were announced, and MEDecision was ranked #16 in the category for large companies, moving up one slot from last year, demonstrating the company's continued ability to create a positive and rewarding workplace and attract talented employees.

This is the third consecutive year MEDecision has made the list, which is part of a statewide employer recognition program sponsored by The Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development and the Central Penn Business Journal.

Every year the Central Penn Business Journal bestows the 'Best Places to Work' award to just 100 companies in Pennsylvania. To be considered for the ranking, companies from across the state had to meet stringent requirements. The first part of this process was to evaluate each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
