MedEx, Inc. to Attend Medtrade Conference in Atlanta, GA

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - November 12, 2010) - MedEx, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MDXX) announced that it would be attending the largest Durable Medical Equipment conference of the year being held at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Management has opted to not participate as an exhibitor this year, instead choosing to focus its time and efforts meeting with a number of targeted acquisition candidates.

"The show space is a 'sell out,' all of the major manufacturers of DME equipment will be here," said Paul Protzman, CEO MedEx, Inc. "It's a great time to meet with them and manufacturer representative groups that we are interested in developing relationships with. This is the perfect time to find products for the distribution side of MedEx and to open relationships with potential distributor representatives. That being said, we have a full week of meetings with manufacturers looking for distribution and with potential representative groups we are interested in hiring.

"Other acquisitions for MedEx will also be explored, in part, because of the large number of attendees expected, and the availability for face-to-face communication without having significant travel time."
