MEDIA ADVISORY: 10,000 Ontario Students to Experience Skilled Trades at Exhibition Place

Government and Industry Working Together to Help Young Ontarians Enter the Skilled Trades

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 13, 2015) - On Tuesday, April 14, the Ontario Construction Secretariat (OCS) and its partners in Ontario's unionized industrial, commercial and institutional construction sector will officially welcome the public to Future Building 2015. The three-day interactive exhibition provides students and career seekers with the opportunity to experience hands-on activities in all areas of the high-tech construction sector.

Participating in this year's opening ceremonies will be Ontario Minister of Training, Colleges and Universities and Minister of Research and Innovation, Reza Moridi, Minister of Education, Liz Sandals, and Minister of Labour, Kevin Flynn.
