Claire Pimpare will be present the morning of August 18th to meet you

This 7th annual Back-to-School event will be a real crowd pleaser. The distribution of school supplies will be held over a two-day period with games, inflatable structures and face painting. To crown the day, Ms. Claire Pimpare, well known for her role as Passe-Carreau, will be on site on August 18th from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM to participate in the distribution of school supplies. She will also be available for photos and autographs. Having completed her book "Ces parents que tout enfant est en droit d'avoir", which is due for release on October 13, 2009 (Publisher: Un monde different), Ms. Pimpare is proud to champion those children to whom life has dealt a poor hand.

Welcome Hall Mission, a Montreal non-profit charitable organization, has fought homelessness, poverty, solitude and hunger for over 100 years. It is thanks to the support of the Marcelle and Jean Coutu Foundation that has provided 2,000 back packs, the Aldo Group that has given over 2,000 pairs of new shoes, La Presse a strong supporter of the Mission, and of course our loyal donors that this major distribution of school supplies has been made possible.

We look forward to seeing you there.
