Media Advisory-2007 CWB Weather and Crop Briefing

WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwire - June 14, 2007) - The Canadian Wheat Board will hold its annual grain industry briefing today (June 14) at 2 p.m. Central Time. Bruce Burnett, CWB director of weather and crop surveillance, will discuss conditions across the Prairies and implications for crop production. Weather and crop conditions in the other important grain-producing regions of the world will also be discussed.

Following the briefing and question period, Burnett and Rheal Cenerini (CWB French language spokesman) will also be available for media interviews. Out-of-town media can call in via teleconference or listen to a live Web cast at Slides of the presentation will also be available for viewing via the Web cast, which will be archived on the CWB Web site for 90 days.
