MEDIA ADVISORY: 2015 "Keep an Eye Out for Motorcycles" Campaign Launch This Sunday

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 22, 2015) - Join Mayor Jim Watson and members of the Society of Ottawa Area Riders (SOAR), The Motorcycle Confederation of Canada, the Ottawa Safety Council (OSC), the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO), the Ottawa Police Service and Safer Roads Ottawa as they launch the 2015 "Keep an Eye Out for Motorcycles" campaign.

Mayor Watson will also declare May as "Motorcycle Awareness and Safety Month" in the City of Ottawa.

As part of this awareness event, the SOAR and the Ottawa Safety Council will have demonstrations on various aspects of motorcycle safety.
