MEDIA ADVISORY: Angola-Canada Investment and Trade Conference

Free trade zone, giant airport being built Attention: Business/Financial Editor, City Editor, News Editor, Government/Political Affairs Editor TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - March 20, 2006) - Senior government officials from Angola will be hosting this conference to unveil new business and investment opportunities in Angola for Canadian and American companies.

These new opportunities will allow North American companies to export goods to Angola through a special trade zone, free of taxes and customs. The plan includes construction of the biggest airport in Africa to meet the anticipated flow of goods.

Trade and government delegates will be meeting with Canadian companies to negotiate partnerships and purchase contracts in a wide variety of fields.

The senior Angolan government officials present will hold a media conference to discuss their iniitiatives to broaden and increase their trade with Canada.
