OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 24, 2014) - On Monday, April 28 Canadians will observe a National Day of Mourning in memory of workers killed or injured on the job. Barbara Byers, Executive Vice-President of the Canadian Labour Congress, will participate in memorial and wreath laying events organized by local labour organizations in Newfoundland and Labrador. Byers will also be available to the media.
