OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 24, 2014) - On Monday, April 28 Canadians will observe a National Day of Mourning in memory of workers killed or injured on the job. Barbara Byers, Executive Vice-President of the Canadian Labour Congress, will participate in memorial and wreath laying events organized by local labour organizations in Newfoundland and Labrador.
